State your hypothesis, tying your project back to the impact it might have.
Improving these pages would allow donors to do more self-service on our website and reduce barriers to making significant gifts digitally. This may result in larger contributions and fewer Member Center Cases, which is particularly important as we're seeing large contributions from donors in response to federal funding changes. |

Which metrics would you use to track the success of this project? We will use this as the foundation of our experiment design. (Optional)

What problem are we trying to solve for our communities with this experiment? How might it help us better serve them?
These pages provide a way for donors to learn more about supporting OPB, particularly those who want to support is in a way that the giving form doesn't allow. I'd like to make sure these pages are attractive, easy to navigate, and aligned with our current best practices regarding layout and CTAs. I updated the text on these pages this fiscal year, but the layout has been the same since go-live. I'd like to review the layout and make change as outlined in this document, or aligned with my recommendations in this document but following best practice according to your expertise. ![]() 2025-04 Support OPB Website Updates.docx |

Lay out the potential project steps to the best of your ability, including key teams that would need to be consulted. This is your best knowledge of the systems, tools and lift that would be required.
I've already reviewed the changes that I proposed with the Development Department and got buy-in from Membership, Philanthropy, and Corporate Support teams. Next step is to involve your team in reviewing and implementing those changes, or similar changes according to your recommendations. |
