If our audiences and communities can see our current approach to DEIAB, they will understand how it is essential to the sustainability and success of our public service mission. |

What problem are we trying to solve for our communities with this experiment? How might it help us better serve them?
Our current opb.org/equity pages were created by members of our E-team in collaboration with our developers and have not been updated since then (over two years ago). The information that is currently on there is from before we had an Equity Leader and a new CEO. Our equity strategy has evolved a lot since then, which should be reflected in these pages. I would also like to add things like a note from our new CEO about DEIAB, potentially a note from me, excerpts from our demographic reports, etc. I want our audiences and communities to have accurate and up-to-date information about this aspect of our business, which is an essential part of our public service mission. |
