State your hypothesis, tying your project back to the impact it might have.
If we create a welcome series across our email newsletter products, then we deepen our connection with new newsletter subscribers and new donors and communicate the impact their support could have. This could also introduce a two way communication between us and our audiences. |

What problem are we trying to solve for our communities with this experiment? How might it help us better serve them?
In this email welcome series, we are aiming to solve the problem of disengagement or lack of connection from new members or subscribers to our community and organization. New users often feel disconnected or overwhelmed by the wide range of offerings and the mission of the organization. This series seeks to address that gap by setting clear expectations, building initial rapport, and creating a curated experience that guides them through our offerings and helps them understand the organization's values. |
