State your hypothesis, tying your project back to the impact it might have.

I think that providing widgets to our social presences across all our web pages would encourage our traditional audiences to connect with us in more modern digital ways, and for younger readers (sub 55), if they don't already connect with us on our social platforms, it's a good opportunity to convert them from web to digital/socials followers.

Which metrics would you use to track the success of this project? We will use this as the foundation of our experiment design. (Optional)

Click through/engagement (web to social)

Increased followers across social accounts (over time)

What problem are we trying to solve for our communities with this experiment? How might it help us better serve them?

Easier access for audiences on web to connect to our social accounts. We know that our social accounts are a great place for millennials and younger generations to connect with our content, and providing easy access to those accounts on our website would hopefully bring awareness to our social presence, therefore better reaching and serving our audiences.

Lay out the potential project steps to the best of your ability, including key teams that would need to be consulted. This is your best knowledge of the systems, tools and lift that would be required.

Add widgets to a universal bar on website (I think base bar makes sense)

With the great Twitter/X migration occurring presently, BlueSky may also be worth considering in this effort as well
