WEB: Confirmation page after subscribing on site: Is it possible to add "How did you hear
about this newsletter?" with some options and an open space

NEWSLETTER: Update Preferences: is it possible to add a "I need a break" option for vacation or if you just want to pause instead of unsubscribing? Also possible to add this as an option for "unsubscribe - I need a break from the news"
