State your hypothesis, tying your project back to the impact it might have.

In order to stay in NPR's good graces, we should comply with their content usage rules

What problem are we trying to solve for our communities with this experiment? How might it help us better serve them?

We pull in stories from the NPR Content Distribution Service. We currently have logic in place to prevent NPR stories from receiving updates from CDS after they have been published. NPR has informed us that this does not comply with their usage rules.

Lay out the potential project steps to the best of your ability, including key teams that would need to be consulted. This is your best knowledge of the systems, tools and lift that would be required.
  1. Inform digital editors that they should no longer make copy edits to NPR stories, and that they will continue to be updated by NPR after publish.

  2. Fix it.
