State your hypothesis, tying your project back to the impact it might have.

Part of the way we're trying to a) make our local breaks more engaging for the listener by brining in additional voices that create a sense of more efficient pacing and attractive sound and voices and b) find some special ways to connect our audience with radio by being able to contribute their own voice but also hear voices from listeners (like them) on our air in a consistent way.

Which metrics would you use to track the success of this project? We will use this as the foundation of our experiment design. (Optional)

Depending on the methodology for bringing in voluntary listener contributions of their voices reading the IDs, we'll see how attractive this is for our listeners and gauge any audience feedback to them when they start airing, etc. There may be membership connections here that we still need to consider and see if they have legs.

What problem are we trying to solve for our communities with this experiment? How might it help us better serve them?

Looking to find visible and creative ways to connect our communities through radio broadcast. Pitched as a quick win from SLGs - looking at ways to generate community voice submissions and create hourly legal IDs that are vibrant, engaging, and age gracefully (aka don't annoy listeners after a short period of time).

Lay out the potential project steps to the best of your ability, including key teams that would need to be consulted. This is your best knowledge of the systems, tools and lift that would be required.

Identify methods for getting audio from listeners and community members.
Record and produce an initial 6-10 examples.
Determine what's working and what's not - move forward with an iteration that shows the most promise.
Discuss additional ways to bring in more community-voiced submissions and test, again, what works and how we can best continue this moving forward.
