State your hypothesis, tying your project back to the impact it might have.

In looking for ways to revitalize our on-air program breaks (and to step away from some breaks that sound more like monologues than something interesting and engaging and keeping the listener's attention), integrating prerecorded development spots is a low-barrier way of accomplishing this. The benefit of this is reflected in recent listening audio by Listen Again Tomorrow where this same concept should lift the engagement in our local breaks.

Which metrics would you use to track the success of this project? We will use this as the foundation of our experiment design. (Optional)

It's only one of many tools we can and should consider implementing that can lead to longer time spent listening metric (audience data from Nielsen/RRC).

What problem are we trying to solve for our communities with this experiment? How might it help us better serve them?

In an effort to make program breaks sound more energetic/lively/engaging, diversifying local voices within breaks using prerecorded development/fundraising spots is a sound (pun intended) approach.

Lay out the potential project steps to the best of your ability, including key teams that would need to be consulted. This is your best knowledge of the systems, tools and lift that would be required.

Identify voice (non-OPB voice), coordinate with both Development and Radio Operations on identifying specific spots (or strategy for particular spots), work with Radio Operations on scheduling the recording of the spots and the scheduling of spots into logs/automation.
