State your hypothesis, tying your project back to the impact it might have.

If we consistantly add audio to stories, more people will listen to it. Also, we'll lessen the confusion internally about whose job it is, and the resulting disgruntlement

Which metrics would you use to track the success of this project? We will use this as the foundation of our experiment design. (Optional)

listens. but frankly just a decrease in staff time and annoyance would be good.

What problem are we trying to solve for our communities with this experiment? How might it help us better serve them?

It's not clear whose job it is to add audio to digital stories because it happens after they are published and takes several different steps from several different teams. As a result, audio is often left off stories.

Lay out the potential project steps to the best of your ability, including key teams that would need to be consulted. This is your best knowledge of the systems, tools and lift that would be required.

i think it should be possible to set up a slack channel with an rss feed alert from arc when the audio is added there? and then once digital staff or reporters see the alert in the slack channel, they can go add audio to the story.

As a point of clarity, Arc does not store or host audio. Would this idea be to notify a Slack channel when audio is added to Spreaker and/or SoundStack?
